If I get alloted a seat in 2nd round of wb state counselling, can I leave the seat and go for mopup round?

Hello, 

Well, if have been allotted a seat in the 2nd round of the counselling and you don't want to accept the seat then what you want to do is!!!

Don't freeze your seat in the 2nd round, which would indicate that you are not ready to accept the seat that you have been allotted...

In this case if you choose float option then, you have to report at the reporting centre again... 

And in this case if you don't accept any seat in any of the rounds.. Then you would automatically get the seat which might be allocated for you in the final round of the counselling..
