Hello,

The seat alloted to you in round 1 is not cancelled until you are offered a seat in round 2 . As you are offered a seat in round 2 the fee and documents are sent to your new university. Once a seat is cancelled then you would not get it back so try to choose carefully. If you are not offered any seat in round 2 then you would still have your seat in round 1.
