If I get seat in first round and want to free exit should I report to the college personally.

If you do not report to the the college where you have been allotted to automatically lose your seat of admission over there and if you opted for further rounds of counselling then you will participate in the operation and on the other account you could also go and report to the college and neglect your affirmation property received which has been allotted to you in all the forfeit it and participate in the next round
