Hii Prince!
Once you got your marksheet from the improvement exam you have given, you need to use that marksheet. So, in NIOS exam also, you will upload the marksheet you got after the improvement exam, because this will be beneficial for you. You gave the improvement exam to increase your score, so why upload the low marks one.
