Mam but improvement exams will be held next year during boards as I'm not giving compartment papers as I have cleared the exam will it effect my chances of getting admission in colleges?

No, it won't effect your chances of getting in college. Improvement exams are for students who have passed but not satisfied with their marks. So just make sure that if you are appearing for improvement exam next year then work hard and score better than before.
Infact, if you'll score good then your chances of getting good college will automatically increase.
