For admission to IITs the candidate should satisfy at least one of these two criteria:

He/she is within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in his/her respective Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination.

He/she has secured 75% (for GEN or OBC-NCL) or 70% (SC, ST or PwD) of aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination.

Yes, Akshat if you score above 75 % in 12th class in the improvement exam then you will become eligible for JEE Mains. Then if you get a good score in JEE mains you will be eligible to sit in JEE Advance exam and if you score a rank of 1000 in JEE ADvance then not only you will be eligible for IITs counselling but you will definitely be able to get a very good branch in of the old IITs.

For example if a person is 2018 pass out and give improvement exam in 2019. Will he or she be eligible to appear in jee advanced in 2020

If you have given JEE Advance in 2018 then you can only give in 2019 not in 2020 irrespective of any situation.

But if you haven't given JEE Advance in 2018 and if for the first time you give in 2019 with your improvement exam then you can give in 2020.

You can give JEE Advance only 2 times that too in running years with in the age limit.

I have one more querie i.e if i also want to give other compt. Exams like BITSAT,SRMJEE,VITEEE in 2019 and also in 2020 then will i be eligible for these exams in both the years?

See all the 3 exams you mentioned also have the same no. of attempts like JEE Advance i.e. 2 that two consecutive years, one when you pass out from 12th and the other one in next year. So you can give in 2019 & 2020 if you haven't given in 2018.
