Yes, You are eligible to apply 2019 both of the attempts as only one best attempt will be considered for the admission. You can check the further information with the given below link.

Dear Rajneesh

Yeah off course you can able to write the JEE MAINS examination in the next year infact the best thing is that from next year onwards there will be two chances for writing the Mains i.e in the month of January and in April. So luckily you will get two chances to write the JEE MAINS in your last attempt. So just go for it.
