Harsha, this is 2018 data for AP NEET cut offs.

If you look at it if you belong to General Category, you might not get a seat with 500. Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you will need more than 600. Your target should be 650 atleast. If you are practising previous papers, it is good, but you also need to prepare from other books as well. .
