see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, state of domicile etc. since you did not mention about category, I am considering you as general category. according to last years closing scores you have less chances in government colleges in mbbs course. you have chances in private medical colleges,
