I think according to your score your rank should be in between 160000-180000. You may not get a seat in NITs , but i will prefer you to apply in govenment colleges so that you can get a seat easily.

With 80 Percentile in JEE mains, your rank would be more than 165000 in the common rank list. Even if you are from reservation category, your rank would be too high. You won't be able to get a seta in any NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
So you should also register for other exams like BITSAT, VITEEE, KIITEE, etc so that your chances increase. Also please register for the engineering entrance exams for your respective State.
Since JEE mains second session has been postponed this year due to the current pandemic, you have plenty of time for preparation. You can prepare well if you work hard.
