Based on your rank ,caste , and the branch you pick to do your graduation they will allot a seat for you in particular college and if you score rank below 10000 then there many top colleges you can get admission based on reservation and coming to free seat  if you belongs to st / sc category then you will get 100 % fee reimbursement  from government but if you belongs to other categories then you have to pay 30 % of your pay and rest you will get fee reimbursement from government and you will get fee reimbursement only if your parents are not government employee
