Hi reader ,

if you are alloted a seat in the 1st round ( im assuming you are talking about neet) and you dont like it then you can let go that seat without paying any fine.

if you apply for round 2 , the seat you were alloted in round 1 will be alloted to someone else even though you may apply for the same college in round 2 , too.
