No there is nothing like that if you secure rank in jee mains than you have not to pay your fee.
Every one has to pay fee even rank 1 holder .
But there is fee concession in the tuition fee of the college depending upon your category ( not based on your rank).
And each college have their own rules and regulations ; so go through that for the specific college ( about the criteria for fee concession and eligibility).

Heyv aspirant, your question is not clear. If you are asking for the rank you need to acquire for getting free admission then sorry there is no such scheme for the engineering students through Jee mains paper.

If you want scholarship or tuition fee waiver in your college fees then you can apply for it, if you are found eligible then you will be provided with the same.
