if i had freeze my seat in upsee first round does my seat acceptance fees that is 20 thousand refundable or not?

Hi Aspirant,

If you are alloted seat in UPSEE first round then ypu have to exercise options like FREEZE,FLOAT Or FREEZE WITH UPGRADE and FREEZE WITHOUT UPGRADE.If you select freeze option without  taking admission in the specific college,your provisional letter too generated and you do not take admission in the college then the seat allotted to you will be cancelled and the registration fee submitted by you will not be refunded in any case and the request to refund will also not be entertained by the University.

If you do not like the college and want upgradation you should always go for FREEZE WITH UPGRADATION.Once it is frozen you don't have any control over your seat acceptance fee.
