Dear aspirant,

As you mentioned that you have issued the obc certificate by NCT of Delhi so let me tell you that you are absolutely eligible for the counselling so you need not worry for that.

In addition to this certificate, you should also have done your 10th and 12th from Delhi and also you have to show your domicile certificate.

For admission , there are other factors that needs to be considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
