See, if you can able to score 150 marks in JEE mains then surely you have the wider range of NIT'S inorder to get into the Chemical Department like Agartala, Tripura, Jaipur, Bhopal etc and it may also may vary from category to category also. Inorder to check the cuttoff for nit in Chemical domain you can also visit this below link;
