Yes,  ofcoursre you will fail the exam.

Because, you only got a mark to pass in first year so you want to score atleast a pass mark  to pass the plus two.

if a candidate appearing for XII exam do not gets the minimum marks by the respective boards then the candidate will fail. Only option a candidate have is that he can appear for the the re examination and attain good marks. if a candidate scored good marks in the examination then those marks will be counted not the previous one
