Hi, The NEET UG forms correction is available now till March 12th, 2017. Yes you can correct the address details. You can check the official site for details.

In that case please mail them on their official email ID that your address is wrong with your registration number, Screenshot of the application form and ID proof. Because of wrong address your admission won't be rjected. Do not worry.
