You have to appear for KCAT i.e.Karnataka Common Admission Test conducted  by Karnataka Examination Authority. The college name isRastreeya Vidyalaya of Engineering college .Affiliated toVivesvarya Technology  University .It  is in Karnataka Mysore road .It is private Institute &autnomus. So you  have to gone through CMDT Also for admission  in Civil Engineering course.Best of luck.
