If I have got a college allot in the 1st round of upsee councelling, if I remove some of the choices below my college allot in 1st round, can I get the above college of my seat allotment in 1st round???

Hey!

If you get college in the 1 round of counselling then sorry but you may not have any choice to edit your college preference or remove the colleges . But assume you may get one of the college then in the second round you get the college of the above preference of the alloted one. Now you don't get the college below your allotment one. So be sure, here it is not needed to remove below choices because they are automatically eliminated after you get one. Now only the colleges above the alloted college are left for the further counselling. And there is not editing option once you locked your choices.
