Vasudev, Private Medical Colleges have stricter rules when it comes to cancelling of the admission. Usually you will be asked to pay the entire fees of the course if you want to cancel your admission. This is because the College is forgoing a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course. This needs to be spoken to the Administration of the College in question.
