If I have Hyd-Kar quota, will I get medical seats 'only' in Raichur, Koppal, etc, or anywhere else too?

The part of the State called the Hyderabad‐Karnataka Region comprising the districts of Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal and Bellary shall be regarded as the local area.

Under 85% seats and under this category, yes.

So what if I do not put any backward states as my preference while entering in NEET? I put only Bangalore colleges as my preference when quitting. Then also, no?

If you have domicile of Karnataka then you can apply for any college which comes under its 85% quota but yes, if you belong to any reserved category then better to put it there as this will be giving relaxation in cut off.
