Neet mds is the examinations to get seat in the good colleges or universities in the medical courses and i think you may not paticipate in the neet councelling accordingly to the state level you can get management seat but with your choice if your neet mds marks are good then they may give concession in the fee payment but huge payment of fee should be paid and you may not seat in the government colleges but you can apply all india councelling but can be participated in the first round only  and you cannot participate in the middle of tge councelling and you can participate in the open category in the state councelling after the completion od the couselling rounds so try for it and let us hope for the best and ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

For AIQ seats counciling you can participate in second round even if you have not participated in first round of neet MDS counselling. According to mcc guidelines for second round counseling  the procedure for second round counseling is as -

1) registration - those who has already registered in round 1 but not get alloted any seat not need to register again.

Fresh New Registration for Round-2 for those candidates who

• Have not registered in Round-1 (with full payment of fees).

• Have Resigned / Not reported in Round-1 can log in again.

• Fresh Choice filling Round-2.

2) Publication of result of Round-2 on MCC website.

3) Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against Round

For state counseling - the rules and regulation depends on the state authorities conducting counseling. Hence the counseling procedure may vary from State to state. Please mention the name of state of which you want to know the counseling rule.
