No. It's not mandatory to select the same Colleges for second round which were selected in the first round. If you are not interested in the college which has been allotted you can go for other colleges. You can choose your preferred colleges in the second counselings or in the next counselings. But before selecting if you check eligibility criteria of the college it will be beneficial for you.
