if I have passed 10th from one state and 12th from another, for which state a domicile certificate would be valid and can be made for admission in medical college

Hello mate....

My scenario was also same during my time in this case officials said either you make domicile of state in which 10th have completed because you have stayed in that state fore more than 3 to 5 years if it is not your home state and if the state from which you have cleared your 10th is your home state then you can make your domicile of your own home state 12th does not matter here if you have completed in any other state.

Hello Rohan,

The domicile certificate which you can apply for highly depends on the States you're talking about. The regulations for domicile for NEET Counseling are different in every State. Since you haven't mentioned the States, i'm providing you the link where you can find it for every Indian State :
