Hey there hope you are doing well. You can take part in the the counselling only after qualifying JEE mains for JEE advanced. If you have qualified JEE mains this year then you can take counselling this year only from this marks and if you are interested to take counselling next year then you have to again qualify JEE mains next year. You can't take part in counselling with previous year results. Hope this will help you good.
