Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And their website details will be officially announced by the respective State Authorities. And the State Authorities havent mentioned their State Counselling dates yet. This is a tricky situation. And the rule states that once you get a seat in 2nd round and you want to take up seat offered in State Counselling, you may have to forfeit the Security amount. And you may have to register for mop up round again. So, when you are sure of getting a seat in the State Counselling, its advisable to wait and then register for mop up rounds in case things dont work in your favour.
