Yes, you can appear for JEE Mains again as long as you follow the eligibility criteria:

• You should have passed your 12th standard exam from a recognized board of the country.
• You can give  the exam for  a total of six times that is for three years as JEE Mains is conducted twice a year.

So, if you abide by these criteria then you can reappear for JEE Mains. But I would suggest not to sit for the exam again as getting a better opportunity is very difficult and because of this your studies might get affected.
