If you prepare organic chemistry section very thoroughly, it should be enough as most of the questions are based on organic part only. But, if you want to get a good score, focus on the other 2 subjects that is biology and physics properly. In chemistry, learn organic chemistry well. Also, it is advisable to go through chapters like coordination compounds and periodic block elements as these are the scoring chapters.

We cannot say that because topics in neet from any of the three subjects has no particular weight aur marks assigned .So you have to fouces on all the branches of chemistry to score good .As Physical, organic and Inorganic all the three have equal weightage so you have to keep command on all the three to acheive better marks.
