No,don't worry as it as wont cause any further issue for you in the school or after that Your 12th result is what matters. Also your 11th result will be kept in your school only.You can report to the authorities and you might get one too if necessary

You just need you 10th class and 12th class marksheet which are important at the time of councelling too
They don't ask for the 11th class marksheet you just need to know the year of passing your class 11th that's it.
