If it is mistake, it is a mistake. If you have filled wrong information in the form it is ultimate for them, you might have corrected it at the time of correction. I would suggest you to send a mail stating your problem to the exam controller and they will guide you with a solution for your problem. It might not create a big mess as they verify documents at the time of counselling. you have to be ready with all your documents.
