As per your query  I would glad to tell you that in rounds of counsellings students with high rank are alloted seat who are above the cut off then they have options either to freeze the seat and take admission in that particular college or to upgrade the seat in next higher colleges , when they are upgraded to next college , then student who have not alloted seat in first round get that vacant seat in second round, so stay chill and hope for the best
