if i pass from bihar open board will i be able for nift entrance exam

Yes !

According to the eligibility criteria for the NIFT exam , the students must have completed their 10+2 board exam from a recognized  Central or State board.

Since, Bihar Open board is a recognized board and comes under the Government of India, and you have passed it, therefore you are eligible to give the NIFT entrance exam.

Students from any recognized board can appear in the exam if he/she has a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from any stream.since you are from bihar board , you are surely eligible to apply for NIFT entrance exam.
