Usually it won't be a problem unless it is stated that candidate must pass 10th in 1st attempt or in a particular year.So before applying for any government job kindly go through the eligibility criteria and check whether you are fulfulling it or not.If you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you are good to apply for it.
