The syllabus of the AIIMS and NEET will be same almost. Mostly the syllabus is based on your class 11 & 12. So there is no difference in preparation level. But way of asking the questions is different. So prepare for both exams. After the exams you go for previous years question papers & do mock test it will improve and gives you lot of confidences at the end.
