Yes, your first attempt score will be considered as your final result and your rank will be based upon that. Also, at the time of the result the column of the second result will remain empty.

I hope you're doing well. Yes if you'll be absent in your second exam then they'll give you final rank according to your first performance. In the result, second attempt column will be marked absent and they'll assess you on the basis of your first attempt.
