Getting into an IAS examination demands a degree in hand no matter in which stream it is of. You can suerly go for B.pharma

B.pharma course is not come under the syllabus of civil services examination but students from any Bachelor degree can apply for this exam .

Bachelor degree is must to sit for civil services examination.
