JEE syllabus is based on NCERT only and you should complete your NCERT first in order to clear your concepts and fundamentals but if you want to crack this exam you should solve previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions and you need lot of practice. So, you should solve complete mock test series and MCQs.
