if i registered for first attempt of jee mains and did not give the exam but directly want to give 2nd attempt of jee mains will it effect anything? is this even possible

Hope you are doing absolutely great.

So with regard to your query, YES you can give the second attempt for the JEE Mains exam without attempting the first session. It is possible. You can give an attempt for the second session directly, it does not affect anything.
