Hello,

If you register yourself for OBC category 2020 - 2021 financial year then you got your category certificate obviously. And your certificate value till one year. If your validity end then you can renew your old certificate in after April 1st or you can apply the new one. Because the financial year end March ending. So try to get the certificate not earlier than April 1st.
