The mh cet exam is of total 200 marks. It is very difficult to tell you the exact percentile which you can get. As the percentile obtained each year depends on many factors like number of student applied, difficulty level of exam, the marks obtained by other student etc.

However form the previous years marks and percentile analysis with 170+ marks you expect a percentile above 97 .
