Chances are less for government medical college especially if you belong to general category . But you can try for management quota seat in private medical college.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin.

According to the marks, chances seems to be less for admission to Government medical colleges under AIQ and also under State Quota. You have decent chances for private colleges and Deemed Universities.
