Hello,
As you have scored more than cut off marks (2019), you may have chances of getting seat in NITs.The cut off for GATE 2020 is not yet announced in 2019 the cut off was 22.7 for SC category and to get seat in NITs and IITs your gate score must be above 400 to be on safe side.So it is expected that you may have chances of getting seat.But cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly.
