hi,

Eligibility criteria is different for different colleges general eligibility is as follows

You must have passed Class 12th in relevant subjects from Gujarat Board, CBSE, ICSE, NIOS or any other state board.
Candidates who qualify the examination other than the Gujarat or CBSE board shall have to obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate(PEC) from Gujarat University before registration.
