Cutoffs are decided by previous year trends , number of seats available, number of students who wrote the exam, your rank based on the mark you have scored etc. The marks you have scored means your rank would be around 880982 - 1056132 and your percentile would be approximately near to 37-38 . The competition for medical seats are really high and it gets tougher every time. Hence I am afraid your score is too low to gain you a free seat , you will not get good private colleges but may be low ranked ones that too you may have to wait till last round for sure mainly because you are a general candidate. You may have to consider direct management seat if you want a good private college. Anyways you can attend the counselling and try your luck. But I would suggest you to consider other good options like paramedical or biology related courses according to your interests too for backup.
