Dear Vijay, questions are rarely asked out of syllabus. Just blindly follow NCERT. Solve previous question papers. Cracking NEET shouldnt be your goal. Sxoring atleast 675 and above should be the agenda. Because this year the cut offs took everyone by surprise.  If you are a future medical aspirant, there is something I want to bring to your notice:

Instead of solving all the questions if you study the concepts from which the questions were asked then it will help you more as you will then have a strong hold of the concepts that were important in the previous years. After completing these concepts you can then master the remaining topics which have yet not been asked. Hope this helps.

Hey,
First off,be through with the concepts. Make sure you are done with NCERT Physics,Chemistry and Biology. Read reference books. Solve objectives as much as possible as it will help you manage your time. After all this,go through the previous years questions of NEET and AIIMS and understand the pattern of the questions. Try to solve them in fixed time and analyse yourself and your preparation. Solving lots of previous paper won't guarantee your success in NEET but it will surely help you in your preparation.
Hope this helps you.
Good luck.
