If I study in local engineering college after 1st year of engineering if I attempt jee and got seat can I swift to nit without 3years fee

Hello,
No, you still need to pay full fee of NIT if you get one next year.
However fee shouod not be a major issue as a NIT will increase your career prospects because of the placements and quality of education you get there..
Moreover you can get many scholarships available on the basis of need and merit. Also students loan are easily available to students doing engineering from NITs.
So, its your decision to drop a year or continue in local college and sit for JEE next year.
