Hello ,

I am here to help you with your query.

Yes you can ,but this purely depends on the college you get in .

For sure the college demands for four years complete fee from you and gives certificates.

My answer is you can ,but don't take risk if you are financially backward.

Good luck

If I opted for a fresh admission abroad, then that will be the case right.

Transfer means that a student must have completed atleast one year of study in an approved college. So,from IITs and NITs they allow students to continue 2nd year,if successfully admitted abroad .I want to know the possibility from ts eamcet based colleges. Kindly let me know.
