Yes, you will be eligible to appear in the exam. You need to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute. Even if you have appeared for your final graduation exam but are waiting for results are eligible to apply for UPSC Civil Services given you need to provide proof of having passed the exam while filling the Detailed Application Form (DAF) for the Mains exam.
