No, generally you cannot pursue PCM ( Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics) stream in your class 11th with Basic Mathematics in your 10th standard under the CBSE board , now you can explore options like :-

• First if you want to only PCM then you can appear for the 10th Compartment exam for Standard Mathematics
• You can try changing to a state board that may allow you to do PCM with basic mathematics
• You can enroll yourself in diploma courses after 10th grade

The main reason is that PCM requires a strong base in mathematics which you can gain by standard mathematics in class 10th not with basic one and in future if you want to appear for exams like JEE main or etc there you must have studied Standard mathematics.
